Why we collect it
This information is used to create or prepare your beta access, send a secure setup link, understand requested workflows, support password setup or recovery, and communicate about beta access.
Where it is stored
Registrations are sent to the MepMatix beta signup service and stored in Supabase for beta operations, setup emails, password recovery, and access management.
Add-in access data
After add-in login, MepMatix may store beta access status, expiry timing, session validation timing, and workstation information needed to control active beta access and support device reset requests.
Who can access it
Beta registration records are intended for MepMatix team members responsible for reviewing requests, managing communication, and supporting onboarding.
Your choices
If you want your beta registration corrected or removed, reply to any MepMatix beta onboarding or follow-up email so the team can process your request.
